(A)  To make notification of the incorporation of Subsidiary/Joint-venture tothe any commercial Banks in Korea.

 

(B)  To register the incorporation of Subsidiary/Joint-venture of the Branch/Liaison with the Company registry.

(C)  To apply for the business registration and tax ID numberto the tax office.

 

(D)  To apply for the certificate of “FDI Company” to the Ministry of Industry and Resources.

 

(E)  Opening the bank account and starting your business as a “FDI company”.
